McGraw-Hill Companies built a new four-story (LEED) building on the Mississippi River waterfront. This state-of the-art office building houses over 300 employees. Lifeline handled all of the A/V integration through the office building including a 360-speaker noise masking system for open office cubicle spaces. This Atlas noise masking system is one of the largest in the Midwest. The Executive Conference Room received a large screen flat panel TV, and a wireless Crestron control system for the Bi-Amp/Nexia/Revo Labs wireless telephone conferencing system, motorized floor to ceiling shades and lighting controls. Smaller conference rooms and a training area received similar A/V systems. The cafeteria is an easy to operate Bose sound system. The building has nearly two-dozen flat-panel screens with a digital signage distribution system for messaging and cable TV installed by Lifeline. |
